Our history
Serving law firms, accounting firms, private businesses and individuals from Fort Worth for over 40 years.
Established in 1985
MMWA was established by Max M. Wayman in 1985 to provide services to law firms, accounting firms, private businesses and individuals in areas involving civil and criminal controversies primarily arising under the Internal Revenue Code.
Mr. Wayman founded the firm following a 10-year career with the Internal Revenue Service, during which he served as a special agent in the Intelligence Division (later known as the Criminal Investigation Division).
Over the last 40 years, the firm has grown to include a large business in background research, location research, pre-employment screening and service of subpoena.
